No tracking technologies

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies, pixels, tags, session-replay tools, or other third-party tracking technologies. All pages, fonts, and assets are served from this site directly. Signing in uses essential browser storage (localStorage) solely to keep you logged in; nothing is set before you create an account or sign in, and nothing is shared with advertisers or data brokers.

What we collect

• Account and profile information you provide: name, email, location, links, interests, resume, and photo.
• Applications you submit: answers, notes, cover letters, and attached documents, delivered to the company you applied to.
• Application-form activity: the active time you spend on the apply form and whether text was pasted into it (including the pasted text), used by reviewers to evaluate applications.
• Referral tags: arriving from a team member's link records that referral with your signup.

How it is used and shared

Your information is used to operate the talent hub: matching you with roles, sending you role alerts you opted into, and letting portfolio companies review applications. Your profile is visible to portfolio companies only if you enable sharing. The Idea Fund talent team administers all data. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

Data is hosted with Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (site hosting). Email is sent from talent@ideafundvc.com via Microsoft 365. These providers process data on our behalf.

Access and deletion

Email talent@ideafundvc.com to access, correct, or delete your data.
